Hi, I’m Tara. ❤️

I’m a Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Reflexologist, but there’s a lot more to me than the work I do.

My journey with Reiki began over 12 years ago during a time in my life when I was struggling and knew I needed something to change. I walked into my first Reiki session skeptical and walked out feeling something I hadn’t felt in a long time—hope.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

What started as something I was simply curious about became a huge part of who I am. I began learning, growing, and eventually teaching Reiki myself. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many wonderful people, and one of my favorite things is watching someone walk through my door carrying the weight of the world and leave feeling a little lighter.

A Little More About Me

Outside of my work, I’m someone who is endlessly curious about life.

I love traveling and experiencing new places, wandering through art galleries and museums, meditating, learning, and finding new ways to grow as a person. Self-improvement and self-discovery have become an important part of my life, and I truly believe we are never finished becoming who we are meant to be.

I’m also completely obsessed with Halloween. Give me spooky season, old houses, ravens, witches, skeletons, vintage Halloween art, and anything a little strange or mysterious, and I’m happy.

I love creativity and art, meaningful conversations, spirituality, laughter, and those little moments in life that remind us how good it feels to simply be present.

I’m not someone who believes you have to have everything figured out before you can begin healing or growing. Life can be messy. We can be works in progress and still create beautiful lives.

That belief is a big part of how I approach my work.

When you come to see me, I want you to feel comfortable being exactly who you are. There is no judgment and no expectation that you need to show up a certain way. Whether you're coming for Reiki, reflexology, or to learn Reiki yourself, my goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.

This work is incredibly personal to me because I know what it feels like to be the person searching for something that might help.
